the Sporting Family

Talk about keeping it in the family! Rikkie, Leon's younger brother, can be seen on the football pitch sporting the familiar number 55. Rikkie currently holds a place in the Nuneaton Town Community FC reserves team, and is aiming for a first team place in the not too distant future. Well done Rikkie, who is also sponsored by In Touch Sports Media and Marketing

PR Work

A PR update...
Well, news has been getting out and about thanks to Jane Bird at 'In Touch Sports Media & Marketing'. Jane has been working the media hard for Leon these past few weeks and has managed to really create a buzz around Leon's successes this year. Here are some links to some of the articles that have run recently:

EMRA Presentation

Last weekend we were all out in force at the end of year EMRA dinner, dance and trophy giving ceremony. And this year we were again privileged to have Cal Crutchlow, World Supersport Champion, and John Reynolds, three times British Superbike Champion, handing out the prizes. It was a fantastic evening for the gang. Not only did we seem to have the largest turn out, we also seemed to pick up more awards than any other team. Leon picked up a whopping Nine trophies! Here's a list of what they picked up...
Formula 600 Championship Winner (2 trophies)
Superstock 600 Championship Winner (2 trophies)
Co-Ordit Relay Championship Winner (2 trophies)
Tony Bouncer Trophy Winner (2 trophies)
Buildbase Mallory Trophy 3rd position (1 trophy)

Now that's a lot of metal! Except for the 'Tony Bouncer Trophy', which is made out of glass and has a value somewhere in the region of £3000...so Leon gave it back after having his photo taken with it. Very wise move Leon!
